Anatolia's Lost Delicacies Project

Anatolia's Lost Delicacies Project, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, class  3 students are held with an exhibition at the end of spring semester. The re-emergence of the meals of our local food culture and the recording of the memories of these tastes as short video recordings. In line with the food they produce, students are required to look at the culinary culture of their own region from a different angle, while the oldest family members who live at the same time are responsible for listening to their memories of this meal and taking video recordings. The end-of-term exhibition is held at the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Exhibition Hall. The video clips of the moment for the remanufactured meals meet with the guests. When it is served with the forgotten tastes of this exhibition, Anatolia's Lost Delicacies Project is repeated with new searches every year, preserving its traditional structure.
