Exhibition - Comic Book Covers

Maltepe University Faculty of Fine Arts is opening a special exhibition on February 28, 2019. The exhibition, organized by the Faculty, with the Cartoon House of Kadıköy Municipality and the Association of Graphic Novel Readers ; In the field of comics, 24 artists who have made a name for themselves with their cover and magazine designs brought together the original collection library with the collection archive.  The exhibition will be held at Maltepe University Fine Arts Faculty Art Gallery between 28 February and 25 March. Aslan Şükür's Altın Fırçalı Adam (The Golden Brushed Man) documentary and one of his comic book talents are among the activities of the opening program. The catalog of the exhibition, prepared by the Faculty of Fine Arts with will be presented with a stand created in the art gallery. The exhibition ın The Cartoons of the Novel ler presents national heroes such as Tarkan, Karaoğlan, Kara Murat and the opportunity to meet with international unforgettable comic book heroes like Mister No, Teks, Zagor, Tommiks, Mandrake and Kızılmaske and to meet with the cartoonists who added them to our lives “
