Poster Sessions:
Posters are available for viewing in the poster hall on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours 16:00 and 18:00.
A Poster Presenter should hang his/her poster on a reserved place on the wall before 9:00 am o’clock on the day of her/his poster presentation.
A Poster Presenter stands by the poster display at the time given in the scientific program for fifteen minutes while other participants can come and view the presentation and interact with the author. A poster should be readable from about 10 feet away. A poster is expected to be in 70 cm width x 90 cm tall. (You could print out your poster at a printer shop near the conference halls at Maltepe University paying about 6 euros. You could contact with Mr.Selim Demirel to get more information via [email protected] , and send your file of poster to be ready to be printed out in five minutes time when you arrived at the conference via [email protected]).
Poster Abstract authors are to be available to answer questions and discuss their research during designated presentation times.
