The publication of a 4 page extended abstract will NOT restrict the author(s) from publishing a full-length article on the same topic and with either the same title or with a different title in another journal, provided that this new work is sufficiently enhanced, and cites published extended abstract. LAST DATE OF SENDING A FOUR PAGE EXTENDED ABSTRACT IS 15 JUNE 2019. An author of four page accepted extended abstract will to have the right to submit a foru page extended abstract if he or she has paid 150 US Dollars registration fee and for an extra four page extended abstract one should pay 150 US Dollars for each accepted extended abstract..
