Accepted authors will be hosted free of charge at the Marma Otel Istanbul.
During the Congress all of participants personal needs will be met including sahur and iftaree.
The conference venue and the accommodation are located all in the same Hotel & Convention Center, at the main campus of Maltepe University.
Please note that all national and international participants will be welcomed by congress staff at both Istanbul Atatürk and Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airports, from where bus shuttles will be transporting participants from each airport to the congress/accommodation venue.

Transport Information
There are several transport alternatives to the Marmara Eğitim Köyü,where the new campus of Maltepe University is located.
- From TEM Highway; after entering the Kartal-Samandıra junction and the toll booths, turn to the direction of Samandıra by following the signs.
- From Kadıköy; 19H İETT bus can be taken.
- From E-5 (urban freeway); the campus can also be reached after passing over the Maltepe bridge by taking the road leading to the SSK Hospital- Başıbüyük or by taking the road from the Küçükyalı side road junction by following the directing signs at the junctions.
You can also take the ring service buses from Maltepe, which pass through various routes.
