What is the registration fee of the congress?
The congress is free of charge.
Are the papers going to be published?
Accepted papers are going to be published in Student Congress Booklet before the Congress is held.
Where will the Congress take place?
Sessions will be held in Marma Hotel, İstanbul.
How am I going to arrive at the Maltepe University?
You are going to be picked up from the airports by a vehicle when you arrive in Istanbul and will be dropped off to the airport by a shuttle in your departing day. Please note that we will be able to provide only few services in certain hours as in previous years. We reccomend that you arrenge a flight to Sabiha Gokcen Airport its nearby to Maltepe University.
In which language should papers be presented?
All papers should be written and presented in English.
How will accommodation facilities be organized?
Accommodation and food will be provided by Maltepe University for all participants who completed the registration process.
Shall the papers be published?
All qualified papers will be published in Congress Abstract Book before the Congress is held.
Can I join the congress without submitting abstract?
No. Only authors of accepted abstracts can attend the congress.
Who can attend the Congress?
Undergraduate, graduate, master and Ph.D. students can attend the Congress.
How many times can I participate to the congress?
Students who participated the congress more than two times in previous years, cannot apply to the congress.
Can we write the paper as a team?
You can write a paper as a team. Each paper can be written by maximum three authors.
Will I receive a Certificate of attendance?
Certificate of attendance will be given at the end of the Congress.
How do I present my paper in the congress?
You are expected to present a PowerPoint prestation of your paper in maximum 15 minutes.
