Quality Management Office
Our journey (Figure) started with European Higher Education Area Studies in 2010 has accelerated with the implementation of Quality Management System since July 2017. The implementation process of ISO 9001:2015 started in both academic and administrative departments following the application to Turkish Standardization Institute for approval. After their auditing Maltepe University was awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate on June 29, 2018.
