Piano from which the sounds and tones of the all instruments of the orchestra can be obtained is one of the most significant instruments of the Classical Music. When started to be given from very early ages, piano training has positive effects on the brain development and creativity of children. Throughout the history, many composers have created works for solo, orchestral and chamber music to be played on the piano. When it is compared with the other musical instruments, piano has a wide sound scale and it allows for polyphony.

Within Maltepe University Conservatory, children of early ages have the opportunity of taking piano education, and it is projected that they display professionalism during their university years. Having completed their undergraduate education, our students can lead their lives as performers or academicians.
