OBJECTIVE

Designing and implementing internal communications strategies for Banvit that strengthen the company values and culture, working closely with employees and management and advising them on the internal communication practices, and promoting and reinforcing our values and culture through different communication methods and initiatives. 

Manages, develops and implements the internal communication channels. In addition to supporting & leading internal Banvit calendar of events.

Internal Communication & Branding:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plan
  • Manage, develop and implement internal communication methods, policies and guidelines
  • Design and own the internal communication agenda in alignment with business and culture context of the company

Culture :

  • Managing and developing the yearly Banvit culture budget and calendar
  • Promoting Banvit/BRF Values & Culture through the production of communications materials and announcement through different communication methods, such as intranet, videos, newsletters, etc.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys within the region: lead the design and deployment, review, analyze, and communicate findings
  • Lead the construction of actions plans based on engagement results, consolidate the departments action plans and monitor the deliverables in each department and own the company consolidated action plan
  • Owning the cultural events agenda and align it to the desired culture for the company and people engagement context
  • Owning cultural initiatives: cross cultural training, open door policy, suggestion box, cultural diagnosis  

CSR:

  • Design & create CSR initiatives that serves the communities in Banvit
  • Research & evaluate potential CSR opportunities that enable employees to contribute through volunteerism
  • Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, HR or related field
  • Excellent verbal & oral proficiency in English &Turkish languages
  • 5 years’ experience in similar job
  • 3+ years of proven experience in international Companies with matrix structures
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Ability to implement global standards, processes and programs
  • Problem sensitivity and excellent organization and problem-solving skills
