We are looking for our next Customer Service Specialist for our EF LEVENT Office from January to June 2020.
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Language Travel team, your role will be to take care of the after sales and prepare our client before their course with us. You will be handling customers inquiries and the administration of the booking process.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Follow up customer confirmations with our schools around the world
Proactively respond to client queries and advising customers on EF before and during course
Assist with student’s visa application process, from filling the forms, visa appointments to the results
Upsell by reserving flights and health insurance, ensuring optimal service
Maximize your potential to optimize the quality and efficiency of our customer satisfaction
We need you to have:
Bachelor's degree is required and international experience is also preferred (study/work)
Native level of Turkish and fluent in English
Strong time management and communication skills
Work effectively in a team but also pursue your individual responsivity
Outgoing, friendly and service minded personality
Visa application process experience is preferred
