GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a “Social Media Specialist/Asst. Specialist” possessing the qualifications below.
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Economy, Engineering.
· Having experience in Digital Marketing for at least 1-3 years (preferably experience in agency)
· Experience in budget planning and management,
· Having the knowledge of performance-based management of digital processes such as Social Media Advertising etc.
· Good understanding of digital analytics process such as SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Advertising etc.
· Ability to create proactive and creative projects,
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Organizational and follow-up skills
· Good command of Turkish grammar
· Advanced competency to perform reporting and presentation
· Excellent command of Excel/PowerPoint
· Following up the digital trends and understanding the innovations,
· Military service completed for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ensuring the social media content to be planned, followed up and management of the relevant agency
· Ensuring the social media complaint management, process follow up, online crisis management and the management of the relevant agency
· Contributing to social media content and content in digital projects on copy writing
· Contributing to planning the projects to increase the brand recognition and reputation within the frame of the communications strategies
· Contributing to the development of the perception monitoring in online channels and projects to increase the positive perception.
· Updating the technical management process of the Digital Platforms in line with the measurement criteria and KPI’s and carrying out new measurement configurations.
· Ensuring the analysis of target KPI performances by carrying out the analysis, development and measurement works of the current digital platforms,
· Playing an active role in conducting the budget targets and carrying out campaigns when he/she deems necessary in order to achieve budget targets by means of performing regular follow-up on target achievement subjects,
· Ensuring the follow up and reporting of the digital marketing activities of competitors.
· Providing assistance to the follow-up and reporting the planned and/or conducted digital projects,
· Developing projects to increase the advertisement performance working in coordination with the relevant departments such as content, design, product management, data processing, marketing etc.
