JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Analytics Specialist to work at Yves Rocher that will be responsible for working with customer data, analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns and use this analysis results to put forward better action plans, especially in  campaign targeting.

This role requires to:

  • Analyzing customer needs, campaign performances and creating action plans accordingly,
  • Determining target customer groups for Omnichannel CRM Campaigns,
  • Forecasting campaign performances and provide necessary data and take actions,
  • See the big picture as well as details,
  • Discover real life applications in the analysis results, provide suggestions for improvements.

QUALIFICATION

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,

  • Experience of min. 1-2 years in analytical roles, especially analysis and targeting of CRM campaigns and customer behaviours,
  • Retail experience is preferred,
  • Working knowledge in SQL and statistics,
  • Preferably, experience using SAS,
  • Salesforce knowledge is appreciated,
  • Excellent command of English both written and oral,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform in teams as well as individual,
  • Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,
  • Curious about consumption habits, customer behavior and campaign management.
