Prof. SABU THOMAS B.Tech, Ph.D., FRSC

Professor Sabu Thomas is the Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He is a Professor of Polymer Science & Engineering at the School of Chemical Sciences and Founder Director of International and InterUniversity Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at
Mahatma Gandhi University.

Prof. Thomas has 1101 publications and 68726 citations. He has lead many projects and received various funds. He was cited in the list of Most Productive Researchers in India- 5th Position in 2008 and listed in the Most Cited Researchers in Materials Science and Engineering by Elsevier Scopus Data in 2016.

Some of his research topics are the dynamics of phase separation in polymer blends, the development of high-performance polymer nanocomposites and the chemical modifications of polymers.

Prof. RAM GUPTA

Prof. Ram Gupta is an Associate Professor at Pittsburg State University. He is also serving as Research Director for National Institute for Materials Advancement. Dr. Gupta’s research focuses on green energy production and storage using conducting polymers and composites, nanomaterials, electrocatalysts for fuel cells, optoelectronics, and photovoltaic devices. Dr. Gupta has published over 235 peer-reviewed articles, made over 300 national/international/regional presentations, chaired many sessions at national/international meetings, edited and written several books and chapters. He has received over two and a half million dollars for research and educational activities from external agencies. He is serving as Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editor, Guest editor, and editorial board member for various journals.

Prof. UFUK DOĞRUSÖZ

Ufuk Doğrusöz graduated from İ.D.G.S.A, which he entered in 1970, as a Master Architect in 1976 and was appointed as an assistant to the Building Information Chair.

He went to Paris for his doctorate education with a scholarship from the French government in 1978 and continued his doctoral research on modeling architectural design on the one hand, and urbanism education on the other. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the Center de Recherche D'Urbanisme and Paris 8 University Urban Planning Institute. He completed the urbanism doctoral proficiency program with a thesis on the Henri Prost's Istanbul plan. He followed psychology and educational sciences associate degree programs in the context of his doctoral studies on architectural design and education. He received an associate degree in educational sciences from Paris 5 Sorbonne in 1984 and a psychology undergraduate equivalent in 1986. He lived in Paris for 12 years and in Strasbourg from 1990 to 2009. He worked in the field of urban transformation in the institution of urban and social equality. Returning to Turkey in 2009, he returned to active academic life as a permanent faculty member at the MSGSÜ Faculty of Architecture in 2011. He continues his studies in the fields of semiotics, cognitive and work psychology, ergonomics, educational sciences, neurosciences and general information science and philosophy, focusing on the understanding of architectural design history and education.

Prof. BAOJIE HE

Dr. Baojie is a Research Professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Chongqing University, China. Dr. He was ranked as one of the single-year&career 100,000 global scientists by Mendeley, 2021. Baojie has a strong academic capability with 90 peer-reviewed papers published in high-ranking journals and oral presentations in great conferences. Dr. Baojie’s outcomes have high impacts in energy and built environment and have been widely cited by peers, which enables Baojie to have seven highly cited/hot papers recognised by the world-known database of Web of Science and a high H-index (Scopus: 35; Google Scholar: 39). Baojie has been involved in several large research projects on energy and the built environment in Australia in the name of Postdoc Research Fellow, Research Associate and Research Assistant. Baojie has been the Associate Editor, Leading Guest Editor, Editorial Board Member, Sessional Chair, Scientific Committee of a variety of reputable international journals and conferences. Baojie is now working on topics of Cool Cities and Communities and Net Zero Carbon Built Environment. Dr. He is a UNSW Alumni (Australia), and the Green Talents Alumni (Germany) in 2021.
