Ms Semiha YUKSEL, who has extensive sectoral experience in foreign airlines companies, joined a lecture organised by the department of Civil Aviation Transportation Management as a guest speaker and talked about problems encountered in passenger services in respect of different cultures. Our students had the opportunity of learning from Ms Yuksel's experiences by asking her questions.
