  • What are the dates of the Congress?

  • Where will the Congress take place?

Sessions will be held in 5 stars Marma Hotel Asia in Maltepe in İstanbul. For detailed information about the Hotel, please visit http://www.marmaotel.com/

  • What is the location of the Marma Hotel where Congress is organized?

Marma Hotel is located on the campus of Maltepe University. For more information about the location please see https://www.maltepe.edu.tr/insc

  • How am I going to arrive at Maltepe University?

When you arrive in Istanbul, we recommend you to take a taxi from the airports. We recommend that you arrange a flight to Sabiha Gokcen Airport in order to be close. We will be able to provide only 2 services in certain hours in a day as in previous years.

  • What is the registration fee of the Congress?

Congress is free of charge. The Congress is sponsored by Maltepe University.

  • How can I participate in MUISC2020 - Nurse Congress?

First, fill out the online registration form at the website (https://www.maltepe.edu.tr/insc) and then send your best abstract to [email protected] until abstract deadline. A scientific committee will review the abstracts and you will be announced via e-mail.

  • Who can attend the Congress?

Undergraduate and graduate students can attend the Congress.

  • Do I have to be the student at the university in order to apply for the Congress?

Yes, you should be an undergraduate or graduate student.

 Accepted students have to send a document in pdf to the mentioned email address in order to prove their student status. ([email protected])

  • Do we make the presentation at the Congress?

Yes, you make the presentation of your paper by using Powerpoint at the Congress maximum for 15 minutes in English. 

  • In which language should papers be presented?

All papers should be written and presented in English.

  • Are the papers going to be published?

Accepted papers are going to be published in the Student Congress Booklet before the Congress is held.

  • Can I join the Congress without submitting abstract?

No. Only authors of accepted abstracts can attend Congress. 

  • Can we write the paper as a team? 

You can write a paper with a peer. Each paper can be written by more than 1 authors.

  • How will accommodation facilities be organized?

Accommodation facilities in Marma Otel will be funded by Maltepe University.

For Teachers, Parents or Companions of Students (Listeners): Listeners attending the conference will have a discount at 5-star Marma Otel Istanbul.

  • How can I schedule my flight ticket?

The arrival date for the Congress is March 4, 2020 and the last day of the program is March 6, 2020. Please schedule your program accordingly.

  • What services are included and not included in the Congress programme?

  • Is the Congress schedule available?

Details will be posted on our website as soon as they are confirmed. The full Congress schedule will be available on our website on February 1, 2020.

  • Will I receive a Сertificate of attendance?

Сertificate of attendance will be given at the end of the Congress.
