Dear Researcher,

The Horizon Europe Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) 2025 call will open on May 8, 2025, and close on September 10, 2025. This call aims to promote the international, interdisciplinary, and inter-institutional mobility of researchers with a PhD degree, supporting their career development. There are no topic restrictions, and individual project applications are supported in all research areas.

Additionally, the Horizon Europe Marie Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks (MSCA DN) 2025 call will open on May 28, 2025, and close on November 25, 2025. This call aims to train early-stage researchers (doctoral candidates who have not yet completed their PhD) through innovative research projects without any subject restrictions.

The MSCA Staff Exchange 2025 call, which opened on March 27, 2025, will accept applications until October 8, 2025. This program aims to promote knowledge, technology, and experience transfer between sectors and countries by facilitating research staff, technical, and administrative staff exchanges between Turkey and countries from Europe and beyond.

To provide detailed information on these MSCA calls and more, TÜBİTAK National Contact Points will hold the annual “MSCA 2025 Call Conference” in two cities this year:

  • May 8, 2025, Thursday – TÜBİTAK Feza Gürsey Conference Hall, Ankara

  • May 9, 2025, Friday – Kadir Has University Cibali Campus, D Block Large Hall, Istanbul

During the conference, comprehensive information will be shared about the following calls:

  • MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF)

  • MSCA Doctoral Networks (DN)

  • MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE)

  • MSCA COFUND

The conference will feature a representative from the European Commission – Research Executive Agency (REA) who will provide direct information and answer questions. Additionally, there will be information about TÜBİTAK’s MSCA Support Programs, National Contact Point Services, and the EURAXESS Network.

The event will be conducted in English, and no translation services will be provided. Participation is open to everyone, but prior registration is required.
