The “Radiation, Radiation Protection, and Radiation Safety Training,” organized in collaboration with Maltepe University Technology Transfer Office (TTO) and RADKOR, will be held on April 16–17, 2026, at the TTO Meeting Room in the Maltepe University Cultural Center.
During the two-day training program, expert instructors will cover topics including the fundamental concepts of radiation, radiation sources and measurement, principles of radiation protection, biological effects, health surveillance, radiation accidents, emergency management, and nuclear risk perception. The program will also include a panel discussion, case scenarios, and practical drill sessions.
Academics, students, professionals working with radiation, and representatives of relevant industries who wish to gain knowledge in this field are invited to attend the program.
