Maltepe University Wins 2-Year Institutional Accreditation by YÖKAK

Maltepe University has been awarded 2-year Institutional Accreditation as a result of the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) evaluations prepared by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). With this accreditation, which will be valid until March 21, 2027, our university has proven once again that it meets quality standards in higher education.

This success, which was achieved after the field visits and detailed examinations made by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) Evaluation Team on December 1-4, 2024, has become an important milestone in our university's quality journey.

This accreditation has officially registered our university's quality-oriented approach in education-training, research-development and social contributions.

Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Edibe Sözen "This accreditation success, our full accreditation goal is a step taken in a year. This document is the most concrete indicator that the quality culture has taken root in our University. Our goal is 5 full accreditations. This goal is now for our university's education-training, research and calculation and all important processes."
