Success of Our Student from the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences

 

Dr. Emre Atlıer Olca, faculty member of the Department of Software Engineering, and his student Qaid Ahmet, participated in TEKNOFEST 2024 between September 5-8. They entered the final stage with their project titled "Driver Monitoring System Integrated Multi-Controlled RC Car" in the categories of UAVs (SİHA) and Intelligent Transportation. This project, which integrates multiple control methods and real-time driver monitoring to enhance safety and accessibility in RC cars, was selected from thousands of applications. In the first round held in Antalya, they scored 92 points, demonstrating an outstanding achievement and securing second place among hundreds of teams.

We wish our team continued success in the second round to be held in Adana.
