2025 Institute Management Board Meeting Dates

All petitions submitted to our Institute are concluded after the Institute Management Board meeting.
The meeting dates for the Institute Management Board to be held in 2025 are published below.
Applications to our Board must be submitted by the Deadline for Document Submission to be Included in the Meeting Agenda. Otherwise, the applications will be evaluated at the next meeting.

About Petitions Requiring Time:

It is extremely important that the documents for the Master's Thesis Defense Jury, Doctoral/Artistic Competency Examination Juries, Doctoral/Artistic Competency Thesis Defense Jury, and the possible earliest exam dates related to these are sent to the Directorate, planned to be held at least two weeks but no later than one month after the Institute Management Board meeting dates.

To prevent any inconvenience to our students, it is important that the procedures are completed within the specified time frames.

• The Institute may change meeting dates based on the members' leave status and with the condition of ensuring a simple majority.
