8. MUISCARCH 2020 (Maltepe University International Student Congress )

This year, in the scope of the eighth MUISCARCH event, Maltepe University Faculty of Architecture and Design will host workshops under the theme of “DESIGN / TRANSFORMATION / INTERACTION” between the dates 14-15 May 2020. Applications of academicians and freelancers from all fields are welcome. The workshops are open to international participation and will be held in the Hangar space of the Faculty of Architecture and Design.

DESIGN / TRANSFORMATION / INTERACTION
It is possible to think of design as an field of negotiation which interacts with other disciplines and transforms while transforming others. In this workshop series within the scope of MUISCARCH, the aim is to explore the potential of design as a mediator. The main objective of the event is to bring together students from Architecture, Interior Architecture, Nautical Design and similar design fields within an international environment. The organisation provides the opportunity to design between the intersection of different disciplines with a multi-faced participation principle, and under a general theme with a contribution of different perspectives throughout the faculty.
