This congress aims to provide an academic platform where undergraduate students can present their Capstone projects, engage in constructive and critical discussions, and contribute to knowledge production in the fields of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
Participation in the congress is free of charge in order to encourage undergraduate students and promote early academic involvement. The congress will be organized in a hybrid format, allowing both face-to-face and online participation.
🔹 In line with the scope of the congress, the presenting author must be an undergraduate student enrolled in an Engineering or Natural Sciences program. All accepted projects must be presented by undergraduate students.
🔹 To participate in the congress, all participants are required to complete the online registration form.
🔹 Submissions must consist of original and unpublished abstracts that are aligned with the thematic scope of the congress.
🔹 Full-text papers will not be required. Accepted abstracts will be published in the MUISC 2026 Abstract Book.
🔹 Abstracts must be written only in English and submitted in MS Word format (doc/docx) using the official abstract template. Submissions that do not comply with the required format and template will not be considered for evaluation.
🔹 All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts are required to prepare and deliver an oral presentation in accordance with the presentation guidelines provided by the congress.
