Within the framework of the 3+1 Education Model, our program provides students with a one‑semester Workplace Vocational Training opportunity, implemented through cooperation agreements concluded with leading airline operators, maintenance and repair organizations, and defence industry companies in the aviation sector. In the course of this period, students are enabled to develop their professional knowledge and skills in an authentic working environment, to gain sector‑specific experience, and to acquire a thorough understanding of professional work culture.

Graduates of the program are qualified to commence their careers as aircraft and helicopter maintenance technicians in airline companies, aircraft maintenance organizations, maintenance and repair centers, and defence industry companies. The program’s robust cooperation with the sector and its practice‑oriented educational philosophy substantially strengthens the employment prospects of its graduates.
