New Registration
Dormitory registrations for new students are carried out on the official university registration dates determined by the Rectorate. No registrations are accepted before these dates.
For the 2025–2026 Academic Year, dormitory registrations for all newly admitted students will begin on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. To avoid any room availability issues, it is important to complete your university enrollment on the first day and apply to the dormitory promptly.
Students who wish to register for the dormitory must apply to the Dormitory Administration Office after completing their university enrollment procedures. The dormitory and room type are determined together with the student, based on availability and personal preference.
Required Documents for Registration
- Student certificate confirming enrollment at Maltepe Üniversitesi
- Copy of national ID card
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Criminal record certificate
- Certificate of residence
(Students whose official residence is in Istanbul may be accepted only if rooms are available after placements.) - Medical report obtained from a state hospital or public health clinic (must include the statement: “There is no medical objection to staying in a dormitory.”)
- Hepatitis B test report
- Chest X-ray report
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. All required documents must be submitted in full at the time of registration.
Registration Renewal
(For Students Previously Registered in the Dormitory)
Students who stayed in the dormitory during the academic year and wish to renew their registration for the following year must apply to the Dormitory Administration Office after the renewal period is officially announced.
Renewal is completed by:
- Filling out the Registration Form, and
- Paying the required dormitory fee.
Registration renewal cannot be processed without completing the Registration Form and making the payment.
Students who will make their payment from outside Istanbul must also complete and sign the Registration Form and Letter of Undertaking.
Renewal from Outside the City
Students who wish to renew their registration from outside the city must:
- Complete and sign the required documents mentioned above,
- Send the documents in PDF format to: [email protected],
- Complete the payment after sending the documents.
