Arbitration Training Seminar

Maltepe University Faculty of Law successfully organized the "Arbitration Training" seminar on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at the Faculty of Law Amphitheater 1.

The seminar, which was held in cooperation with ISTAC (Istanbul Arbitration Centre), covered important topics such as ISTAC Arbitration, Arbitration Agreements, Arbitrability, Hearing Management, and the Annulment and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards.

Our students and interested parties had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge about the theoretical and practical aspects of arbitration law. We extend our thanks to all the speakers who contributed and to the participants for their intense interest.
