Legal Remedies in Turkish Criminal Law

The Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Maltepe University Faculty of Law organized a lecture entitled "Legal Remedies in Turkish Criminal Procedure Law" on May 13, 2026, with Professor Dr. Feridun Yenisey as the invited speaker. Professor Dr. İbrahim Şahbaz, an Honorary Member of the Supreme Court of Appeals and a faculty member of our university, contributed to the lecture with his explanations on the Supreme Court's practices regarding the procedures and principles of legal remedies, while our Dean, Professor Dr. Yusuf Aksar, provided explanations on legal remedies in international criminal law.
