As the Department of Business Administration (English) at Maltepe University, we are delighted to welcome you among us.

Our department is one of the innovative and globally-oriented departments of our university, and the medium of instruction is English. In line with our vision of being “Free in Thought, Contemporary in Education, and Universal in Science,” we aim to adapt to the dynamics of the business world. In addition to providing in-depth knowledge in core business areas such as management, marketing, accounting, finance, and human resource management, we also offer a wide range of elective courses covering current topics such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and digital transformation.

Our courses blend theory and practice through projects, internship opportunities, and collaborations with the business world. This allows you not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to develop practical skills. Moreover, through the seminars, conferences, and technical visits we organize, you will have the opportunity to meet leading figures in the industry and gain firsthand insight into the business world.

Our international exchange programs offer the chance to experience different cultures and develop a global perspective. Additionally, double major and minor programs across the university provide opportunities to receive education in various disciplines. Through these programs, our students can diversify their academic experience while enhancing their careers on an international level.

With the guidance of our experienced academic staff, our students graduate as inquisitive, research-oriented individuals with a strong sense of social responsibility and a solid foundation in entrepreneurship.
