Our Center Director, Research Assistant Adife Ahsen Çetin, Served as a Jury Member at BAMBU UP Demo Day

BAMBU UP Demo Day, organized by the BAMBU Entrepreneurship Office operating under Dokuz Eylül University Technopark (DEPARK), was held on 30 June 2026 at the 15 July Martyrs Hall of the Dokuz Eylül University Rectorate.

This prestigious event, which brought together innovative projects and key stakeholders of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, was attended by Research Assistant Adife Ahsen Çetin, Director of the Entrepreneurship and Business Development Application and Research Center at Maltepe University, who represented our University as a jury member.

The Ecosystem’s Promising Startups Took the Stage

As part of the event, 19 startups participating in the Step Up, Speed Up, BAMBU UP: Campus, BİGGSİNERJİ, and NINE UP Invent programs delivered pitch presentations, showcasing their projects and business ideas to the jury members. With the participation of 162 attendees and representatives from seven investor companies, the Demo Day also provided entrepreneurs with the opportunity to present their projects in the poster exhibition area, receive valuable feedback, and establish new collaborations.

At the end of the program, the teams that ranked highest based on the jury evaluations were presented with cash awards as well as various prizes, including access to sports and social facilities.
