As the UNESCO Chair on Gender Equality and Culture, Turkey, we will be organizing the W37 Global Summit for Gender-Related UNESCO Chair & Networks. The event will take place virtually (Zoom) on the 6th of January 2023 between 11:00-18:50 (Turkey time, GMT +3).
This year's theme is chosen to be “Tackling with the Anti-Gender Movement: a grave and growing obstacle for a more gender-equal world".
We find it tremendously important to address the growing tendencies towards anti-gender discourses and policies at a global scale by sharing our national experiences and come up with ways of developing strategies in tackling the anti-gender movement and gender inequalities.
