- Establish, operate, maintain, and repair the university’s information systems in collaboration with the central administration and other campuses (Rectorate, Faculties, Schools, Institutes, Research Centers, and other units), and manage related services together with the relevant units.
- Ensure coordination and cooperation among university units.
- Develop regulations in line with university principles regarding the procurement, installation, maintenance, and repair of IT and electronic systems in collaboration with the Rectorate and other units, and perform or outsource maintenance and repair tasks when necessary.
- Establish electronic information, document, and workflow systems, develop projects for these systems, and implement or supervise their implementation.
- Ensure continuity of internet, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure and update it according to current technologies.
- Ensure the security of the university’s data and information, develop and implement data security policies, and communicate them to university staff and students.
- Monitor, measure, and audit the implementation of data security policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
