Key Learning Outcomes

Graduates of this program:

1-  The learner becomes proficient in using the acquirements under private law and its sub-discipline. 

2- The learner has the relation between private law-its sub-discipline and social science, and connects them.

3- The learner enjoys the acquirements from private law and its sub-discipline to analyze the problems about theory and practice.

4- The learner integrates the specialized knowledge he/she acquired  in the areas of private law and its subdisciplines with the other disciplines.

5- The learner analyses the problems encountered in law theory and in practice by means of the research methods to be applied in a concrete  case.

6- The learner carries out a study which requires expertise in the fields of private law and its subdisciplines.

7- The learner reaches solutions in private law and it's subdisciplines through methods specific to cases and taking responsibility.

8- The learner completes learning process by evaluating his/her knowledge and abilities in private law and it's subdisciplines at proficiency level.  

9- The learner will be able to communicate his/her knowledge and abilities in private law and it's subdisciplines at proficiency level as well as developments related to law both orally and written.

10- The learner critisizes, if necessary develops and intends to change legal notions, institutions, long established legal practices and legal provision.

11- The learner deduces personal results, while considering social, individual and ethical values in the course of acquiring knowledge on private law and its subdisciplines

12- The learner sets an example to their environment by developing an honest, just and ethical understanding, as may be required from a lawyer.
