The increasing variety of relations among the nations in today’s world shows how much important a role, law can take both at the national and the international level. Sustaining the social relations in accordance with the legal order instead of arbitrary decisions is the most important element in the transformation of the society into the “public”.   

In LL.M. programme on Public Law, the knowledge gained during undergraduate studies is intensified and parallel to this, the new ideas and thoughts developed during the increasing alienation of our world is looked for and presented in a dynamic manner. Such factors as the fast developing technology, adaptation and harmonization process to the EU and the word-wide impact of globalization all show the necessity of changes and new ideas exposed on the study of law as well as in all the other areas. In this context LL.M. PL studies is a mean to give the students the ability to discover and solve emerging legal problems with a disciplinary manner.  without compromising on international ethical values. LL.M. PL targets to educate students to be open to new ideas and discussions, to gain high level critical and creative abilities and also put the theoretical knowledge in practice.
