The Department of International Trade and Logistics (English) was established within the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences in the 2009–2010 academic year, with English as the language of instruction.
International Trade and Logistics (English) Undergraduate Program is dedicated to the education of field professionals and prospective managers with wide-range of knowledge for the fundamentals, functions, techniques and strategies of international trade and logistics, possessing analytical thinking skills and critical decision making and problem-solving capabilities, able to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications, capable of approaching events and problems with a systematic perspectives rested on supply chain management.
Being an inherently interdisciplinary field, the syllabus of the Department of International Trade and Logistics (English) consists of core courses, field electives, and university electives. In addition to professional courses such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation Management, and Production and Inventory Management, the program includes content rich courses from related disciplines such as Economics, Business Administration, Law, and Engineering.
International Trade and Logistics (English) graduates are equipped with all the knowledge in the field to get employed in numerous enterprises’ trade and logistics departments, service sector, international trade and logistics units of production, distribution and delivery side of the economy, service providers, logistics, land, air, sea, railway and multimodal transportation companies, as well as auditing, finance, insurance and various firms operating in the foreign trade. Besides these, graduates in International Trade and Logistics (English) Program have the opportunity to work for information, communication technology and consulting companies, port management, customs brokerage and consultancy firms, associated ministries, municipalities, and other public institutions, as well as vocational, trade and technical high schools in transportation field as teachers, or pursue academic careers in universities.

The Department of International Trade and Logistics (English) is of the mission to educate team-oriented, interdisciplinary, globally minded, ethically grounded, intellectually independent, educationally modern, and scientifically universal entrepreneurs, capable of thinking analytically, making critical decisions, and providing effective solutions, able to get employed primarily in enterprises operating in trade and logistics national and international, as well as all the other associated sectors.
Vision Statement
The Department of International Trade and Logistics (English) is of the vision to become a recognized and leading department in the field of international trade and logistics by educating graduates, professional in the field and prominent in the sector, equipped with up-to-date knowledge and strong theoretical background with practical skills.
