Internship Rules

In order to start your insurance transactions, you must submit the following 3 (three) internship documents to the department internship commission at the latest 15 days before the start of your internship.

Required documents

1. F59 Internship Application Form

2. Copy of Identity

3. Periodic Examination Form to be taken from the health center of our school

After the internship

1. Filling internship book on the web page,

2. To submit the F60 Internship Evaluation Form in a sealed envelope with the notebook.
