Program Educational Objectives

PEA-1 To prepare graduates to take on roles as entrepreneurs, investors, and project managers in national and international entrepreneurial ecosystems, or to assume innovative and transformative roles in family businesses; to analyze business opportunities using both theoretical and applied knowledge; and to create economic and social value by developing innovative business ideas, designing new business models, and engaging in a range of entrepreneurial activities.

PEA-2 To prepare graduates to work as marketing specialists, brand managers, or product managers in national and international firms operating in manufacturing, service, and retail sectors; to analyze markets and consumer behavior in order to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable market performance; to develop strategies that integrate data-driven digital and traditional channels; and to design and implement marketing practices that create value in line with customer needs and expectations while adhering to ethical principles and a sustainability-oriented approach.

PEA-3 To prepare graduates to work as finance specialists, financial analysts, financial affairs specialists, budget specialists, and investment specialists in national and international firms and financial institutions in the public and private sectors; and to take an active role in financial planning, financial reporting, financial analysis, and investment valuation processes by applying data-driven strategic financial decision-making skills.

PEA-4 To prepare graduates to work as accounting specialists, financial affairs specialists, audit specialists, and certified public accountants in national and international firms in the public and private sectors or in independent audit firms; to effectively apply their theoretical and practical knowledge in financial reporting and auditing; to analyze and interpret financial data; and to inform internal and external stakeholders in line with the principles of transparency, fairness, and accountability, thereby contributing to financial decision-making processes.

PEA-5 To prepare graduates to work as operations analysts, production planning specialists, or process improvement specialists in the production and operations management units of national and international firms; to conduct data-driven analyses in production planning, cost analysis, and process improvement; and to contribute to sustainability-oriented decision-making processes by taking into account environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

PEA-6 To prepare graduates to work as recruitment specialists, performance management specialists, and training and development specialists in the human resources units of national and international firms and public institutions; to analyze workforce needs and expectations; and to develop and implement HR practices that address labor market requirements and regulate employment relationships, while adhering to ethical principles and drawing on strong communication skills.

PEA-7 To prepare graduates to work as business analysts, business development specialists, strategic planning specialists, or strategists in national and international firms and public institutions; to analyze the business environment using theoretical knowledge and strategic management tools; and to contribute to the development of strategic decisions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainable competitive advantage.
