Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering and related departments of universities,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Career Management, Organizational Development and other HR processes,
- Knowledge of recruitment trends,
- High analysis, presentation, job tracking skills,
- Efficient time management and result-oriented skills ,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Resident in/ being able to resident in İstanbul.
Responsibilities
- Planning talent acquisition in order to achieve company goals,
- Finding and recruiting the competent candidate to create added value for the company,
- Preparing reports and analyzes of recruitment activities,
- Identifying internal and external talent pools, improving communication and expanding communication network,
- Supporting human resources planning process,
- Introducing good practices in the company and designing creative processes within the scope of employer brand,
- Carrying out university and high school internship programs.
