Internship Rules

Below 3 (three) documents are required to be submitted to the department internship commission at the latest 15 days before starting date of your intership.  

 

Required Documents:

  • F59 Internship Application Form
  • Identity Card (ID) Copy
  • Medical report for employment within internship

 

The process during/after the internship:

  • Filling the document of internship daily report
  • F60 Internship assessment Form (It must be filled in by the authorized person within the firm and it will be submitted with closed envelope)
  • These 2 (two) related documents will be submitted to the department internship commission after your internship.
