Profile of the Programme

The program consists of five obligatory courses (İHA 500 Concept and Kinds of Human Rights, İHA 503 The Problem of Evaluation from the Viewpoint of Human Rights, İHA 504 Ethics and Human Rights, İHA 505 Anthropological Foundations of Human Rights, İHA 598 Graduation Project) and six elective courses most of which are conducted with the “Socratic method” (interactive method). Attendance to the courses is obligatory.

Graduates of this program are expected to become able, while exercising their professions, to put in connection with human rights the problems and cases they have to face, on the ground of the competences they acquired during their studies.
