COMMERCIAL LAW CONGRESS I 18-19-20 Fubruary 2021 I Call For Papers

 

The "Commercial Law Congress" will be held on 18-19-20 February 2021 in partnership with Maltepe University Faculty of Law, Consumer Law Institute and Law Education.

The congress will be organized online, in accordance with the proposal of YÖK dated 6 March 2020, broadcast live, recorded and archived, watched and listened again and all the recordings will be presented to the presenters separately.

All relevant papers of the Commercial Law can be presented at the congress. 

Applications will be evaluated comparing the importance and timeliness of the selected subject with other applications made with similar titles by the Scientific Committee, which consists of expert academicians. 

Following the determination of the accepted papers, the finalized program will be notified to the relevant parties by e-mail on 01.02.2021 and will be publicly announced.

Leanguges of Congress:

Applicants can be participate to the congress with the presentations in Turkish or English. 

Submission of Abstracts and Congress Participation:

The presentation time should not exceed 30 minutes.

In terms of presentations to be made by more than one person, the number of persons presented and the identities of the persons must also be remarked.

The presentations will be recorded and, if deemed necessary, can be published again and made available to the public in the media deemed appropriate by the Congress Organizing Committee.

Papers submitted must be original studies that have not been presented or published anywhere before. 

For application, abstracts should be prepared in both Turkish and English, between 250-400 words, with 5 keywords and an ORCID number. 

The abstract must be sent by the time 20.01.2021 with brief biography, institution and contact information of applicant via email [email protected]

Abstracts will be subjected to scientific review by the jury with metof of blind review, and the accepted papers will be presented at the Congress. Authorized notification owners will be informed via e-mail on 25.01.2021 and a letter will be sent to the acceptance of the paper.

Publication:

Abstracts of all papers to be presented at the congress will be published in an e-book format with ISBN. 

It is deemed that the applicant who submit the abstracts consent to the publication of the abstracts. No royalty fee will be paid to the authors for the publication of the abstract and full text. 

Provided that it is sent full text until 01.04.2021 to the e-mail address, Papers accepted in the congress will be published in a compilation book or journal by Maltepe University Faculty of Law and Law Education, and also each article is presented to the readers as an e-book.
