         As part of the 18th Akbank Short Film Festival this year, we invite young people to join us with the "Young Looks" section. Within the scope of the Akbank Short Film Festival, which has become the meeting point of cinema lovers, a new competition is launched to attract the interest of young people aged 20 and under to short films within the festival and to encourage productions in this field.
            With the awareness of the effective role of short films on the art of cinema, Akbank Short Film Festival, which creates a platform in this field in Turkey and has become one of the leading events in its field, will open a separate section for the short film projects of young people with this new competition, and bring them together with cinema lovers.
             Akbank Sanat, the director of the work that will be selected as “Young Gazes Best Film” as a result of the competition; It will be rewarded with 10,000 TL.
