            Students enrolled in our university's associate degree and bachelor's degree programs can transfer to another department at equivalent level if they meet the requirements of the related Faculty/College Board Regulation for In-House Undergraduate Transfer

APPLİCATİON CONDITIONS

1. Applicants must have at least studied for one semester at University in order to apply
2. In house undergraduate transfer cannot be done in the last semesters of associate degree programs and in the last year of undergraduate programs
3. In order to transfer from distance education to formal education programs, it is required that the student's grade point average in the program he / she is studying is over 80 or above, or the central placement score in the year of enrollment is equal to or higher than the base point of that year.
4. In order to be able to make an in-house undergraduate transfer between the programs which accept students in the same central placement point type, the GPA should be at least 2.00. However, in case the internal transfer quota is not completed, the applications of the candidates whose overall grade point average is below 2.00 are accepted and these applications are evaluated by the related Faculty / School Administrative Boards.
5. To be able to apply for undergraduate transfer between the diploma programs of the same degree but different types of central placement score within the university, It is required that the central placement score that the student receives in the type of the score which is valid for the diploma program that the student wants to pass  is not to be less than the lowest base point of the diploma programs of other universities within the equivalent of the diploma program as of the year he / she takes the examination
6. In addition to other requirements,being successful in talent examination is required at in-house undergraduate transfer to diploma programs that take the students with the talent exam
7. In order to be able to transfer from Turkish language programs to English language programs, it is necessary to be successful in the English Language Assessment Exam or to have the conditions specified in the Foreign Language Courses Instruction Directive.
8. Students who have partial or full scholarship are deemed to have waived their scholarship when they do in-house undergraduate transfer
9. The students who do in-house undergraduate transfer cannot back to their former departments
10. A student's total study period in two departments cannot be more than seven years. This period cannot exceed four years for Vocational School.
11. The courses to be taken by the students who did in-house undergraduate transfer in the department that they passed are determined by the Administrative Board of the Faculty / School
