Vision & Mission

With each passing day, innovative ideas and related technologies that are prerequisites of competitive power in the global market, give rise to new legal issues and problems. This makes expertise and specialized research in legal matters of both ideas and technology indispensable. As a Center, our objective is to offer the necessary expertise in intellectual property law and technology law.

In line with this objective, our Center aims to cooperate with private institutions and organizations operating at national and international level, to carry joint studies with local and foreign public institutions, organizations, and academicians working in related fields, to bring together interested students and industry experts by forming various research groups.

Within the framework of the mission & vision of our Center, studies are being carried to establish cooperation with private and public institutions and organizations working at the national and international level, and negotiations are also being carried out with the relevant authorities in this regard.
