Individual Counseling Program for Students

This program provides individual counseling support for our students who wish to change and improve specific academic behaviors. Students may receive weekly one-on-one counseling sessions either by visiting our Center in person or through online meetings.

Some of the topics covered within the program include:

  • Time management
  • Procrastination behavior
  • Motivation
  • Coping with academic stress
  • Communication with faculty members and peers
  • Goal setting and planning

Who Can Benefit?

All students enrolled at our University are eligible to benefit from the Individual Counseling Program.
