Students transferring from one of the institutions affiliated to another university with a similar nature to one of the institutes and whose equivalents are approved by the relevant board may have been exempted from equivalent programs and exempted from the courses they have succeeded with the evaluation of the related board.

The students who apply to the program from the field are admitted to the scientific preparatory program with maximum two semesters in order to eliminate the deficiencies related to the program by the decision of the board of directors upon the recommendation of the interview jury and the positive opinion of the head of the related department.
