International applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree at a higher education institution abroad. For PhD applications, candidates are expected to have completed their Master’s degree at a university outside Türkiye.

Eligible Applicants
International candidates who wish to apply to graduate programs in Türkiye must meet the academic requirements and have their diplomas evaluated and approved by the relevant academic units.

- ✔ Applicants applying for PhD programs with a Master’s degree obtained abroad
- ✔ International candidates who meet academic and language proficiency requirements
- ✔ Applicants who fulfill equivalency and documentation requirements

- ✔ Applicants who completed their Master’s degree in Türkiye and apply for PhD
- ✔ Candidates who do not meet academic or language requirements
