Internship Rules

Students; In the undergraduate education period and outside the academic year, they carry out practical studies in the application of skills in the application of the profession. These studies are carried out by the internship commission established by the Department Chairman and reported to the Dean as a result of the evaluation. Students who have not completed their internship cannot take the final project and thesis.
Students studying in the Cartoon and Animation Department can start their internship at the earliest in the 2nd semester.
The duration of compulsory internship for students studying in the Faculty of Fine Arts is at least 30 working days. It is possible to complete this period in different institutions. The departments may increase the period of compulsory internship if they deem necessary.
Internship places; In addition, it may be the institutions that produce / serve in the field of cartoon and animation deparment  such as offices, workshops, laboratories, studios and workplaces of public institutions, private institutions or natural persons. Part of the internship period can be done in the Department of Fine Arts Departments according to the projects which are accepted as appropriate.
An internship form and an internship form will be given to each student who will do internship. The student fills in the internship notebook in a way to explain his work. Drawings, photographs, CDs, programs, computer output and so on. The internships are submitted together with the internship and internship form. Internship and internship form; Internship responsible for the institutions or organizations internship is filled and approved by the internship. The internship person must have at least 4 years of professional experience.
The internship will be submitted to the head of the department or the internship commission, where the internship is done, and the internship form filled in by the employer, within seven days of the end of the internship. The internship book and the internship form, which contains information about the internship, are evaluated within fifteen days from the date of delivery of the department by the internship commission and the department reports the result to the department.
Students who want to do their internship outside of Turkey in accordance with these guidelines. In this case, internship books should be arranged in Turkish.
