What is the Mentor-Mentee Program?

The Mentor-Mentee Program is a planned, trust–based and non-judgmental learning-development relationship based on volunteering. Within the scope of the program, mentor and mentee matches are conducted through one-on-one interviews and aim to make a holistic contribution to the academic, personal and career development of students.

Maltepe University Department of International Trade and Logistics MENYA Program is a structured development process that includes undergraduate students and is carried out with the active participation of our academicians, industry professionals and graduates. Mentors in this process;
