In order to start your insurance transactions, you must submit the following 3 (three) internship documents to the internship commission at least 15 days before your internship starts.

Internship Documents:

1. F59 Internship Application Form
2. Identity Card Photocopy
3. Periodic Inspection Form taken from the Health Center located in our campus

Procedures after internship

1. To fill in the internship book on the web page,
2. To submit the F60 Internship Evaluation Form filled in the place where the internship is done and then to deliver it in a sealed envelope together with the internship book.
