Safety Management System training on February 26-28, 2023, and March 06-08, 2022, was given to
MNG Airlines management as two separate groups by Özlem Çapan Özeren, (Ph.D.)who works forvVocational School Civil Air Transport Management Program. This training, which was held under thevaccreditation of SHGM, took place over a total of six days with the interest and enthusiastic participation of the MNG management staff. The training is designed to address the biopsychosocial aspects of human beings, re-questioning the safety culture's values, including details, analysis, reports, and practical applications on how to conduct safety. In this training, where the executive team of MNG Airlines came together, all operational processes were scrutinized by the participants in terms of human factors and safety management principles. At Maltepe University, we wish for safe and secure flights to MNG Airlines which invests not only in the economy but also in the intellectual values of its employees.
